Professional Experience

Dawn Rigby Walsh has practiced with Glynn Law Offices since 2017. Dawn works with clients to review Family Information and Assets & Holdings, and discuss estate planning goals, beneficiary designations, estate taxes and the probate process.

Her counsel includes preparation of an estate plan, generally including Wills and revocable Trusts, as well as Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy and Health Authorization (“HIPAA”) forms. Dawn also collaborates with a client’s financial and accounting team to complete the structure for proper Asset allocation and Trust funding. For homeowner’s who wish to have their real property held in a revocable Trust, Dawn can prepare and record the necessary documentation.

In her free time with her husband and son, she enjoys any day on the Cape Cod seashore, especially during the summer time on their boat with family and friends.
